I went to Panipat for Some Personal Reason. A Close Old friend who hails from Panipat, told us "Yahan aaye Ho toh "Chopra Ice Cream" pe Shakes Zarur Pee ke Jaana, Uske Shakes Bahot Chalte hain, Kaafi Rush Rehta Hai", "Yahan Tak Log Winters men Bhi Uske Shakes Peete Hain"

Finally We reached at Chopra Ice Cream Parlour located at Ram Lal Chowk, Panipat. It is a Small Outlet Serving Mind Blowing Ice Cream and Amazing Shakes and is quite Popular amongst All Age Groups.

Always curious about this Divine Knowledge of Vastu Science, It was time to check Vastu Management of the Famous "Chopra Icecream and Shakes"

Generally, Now a days, the Food Businesses are Running well because of Social Media Presence on Instagram, Zomato, Swiggy, Food Panda etc but this Small Outlet which has No Social Media Presence and is still Famous Among People.

The Observations Were :

➡️ The Shake Making Machine : It was kept in ESE Zone. The Shake Making Machine had a  Churning Activity and there could no Better Direction than ESE for this Machine.

➡️ Entry E3
The Entrance Was E3, the direction which is Responsible for giving Money, Profits and Success. The Effects of the Entrance are always Powerful whether Positive or Negative.

➡️Cash Counter:
The Cash Counter was Placed in SE Zone and SE is the Best Direction for Daily Cash Counter.

My friend Told me that generally Food Business, Dont do well in Panipat City, so even local people of panipat themselves choose other cities to do business. Now I Understand what made this Ice Cream Parlour not only Sustain for Decades but become popular also.

With a Zomato Rating of 4.3, this Tiny Outlet is Doing Really Well. “Uncle’s Sip n Bite” is Located in the Small Market Opposite CRPF School in Prashant Vihar. It is a go to Destination now a days, for everyone who is craving for Lip Smacking and Scrumptious Food.

It has been Famous for Pulled Apart Garlic Bread. Apart from that it is Loved for their Burgers, Nachos, Shakes and Many More. From Taste To Presentation, everything is Perfect. With Limited Space and Resources they have beautifully developed the Cafe with Nice Ambience. 

With Large number of orders of Dine in and Home Deliveries "Uncle's" never disappoints. Being a Tiny Restaurant, They can Accomodate only 4 People At Max but one can See That Customers here end Up eating Outside or In Their Car. This drew my Attention and It was Time to Check the Vastu Management of The Famous Uncle's Sip and Bite so I Tried to Grid it up.

Observations:

The area apart from the customer Interaction Area ie from NNW, N, Till ESE and SE is Covered with White Tiles.

Entry: W3

The Effects of Enterance are always Powerful, whether Positive or negative. In case of Uncle’s the enterance is of W3. W3 Entrance is the one which gives Amazing Money, Growth and Enviable Prosperity.

Cash Counter: SE (South East)

South East is best Zone for daily Cash Counter. SE is the Zone of Maa Lakshmi ie.Money, so Daily Cash Counter works Best here. A South East Cashbox Definitely brings more money.

Kitchen

The Kitchen (Burner / Oven) Covers the Area of East North East and East. As far as I Could Observe, The Garlic Breads are Placed In East Zone. The Another best Part is,The Placement of Mixer Grinder. The Mixture Grinder in which the shakes are Made in Placed In East South East Zone. There could not be any best Direction than that. 

Result:

As per the Observation, The main reason behind Success of Uncle’s is a Positive Entrance Of W3 which is bringing Money, Growth and Prosperity for Uncle’s.

The Second Reason is the Placement of Cash Counter in South East Zone.
